Vision

The Vision is to create: 

“A well-respected and beautiful Garden Neighbourhood, which will create an integrated community of around 800 new homes, accessible amenity space, a community hub, primary and pre-school provision and employment opportunities, for the town of Saxmundham.”

In order to support the themes of the Vision, we have established a set of guiding Development Principles for our Masterplan Framework. To create a 21st century Garden Neighbourhood, Pigeon’s approach considers the existing and new community, seeks to support services and facilities in Saxmundham, and acknowledges Saxmundham’s heritage.
