Pigeon is progressing a high quality design and landscape led mixed use scheme on Land South of Saxmundham, incorporating new homes (including affordable housing and custom/self-build), employment provision (including roadside services), a community hub, primary school and pre-school provision, extensive open space and associated infrastructure.

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the proposals. We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to comment on how the scheme should be further shaped, through the masterplanning process.

This consultation is separate to the one for the modification to the Saxmundham Neighbourhood Plan that is currently being consulted upon by the Town Council.

Your comments are welcome and all feedback will be considered as the proposals continue to be developed, ahead of the submission of a planning application in the autumn.
